The Syzmik ZC804 Rugged Cooling Overall is designed for demanding work environments where visibility, durability and airflow are essential.

Made from 100% square-weave cotton ripstop, the lightweight fabric combines excellent tear resistance with enhanced breathability. Large underarm and back vents help release heat, while the mechanical-stretch construction allows greater freedom of movement throughout the workday.

The hoop-pattern reflective tape improves visibility, and reinforced stress points help the overall withstand tough working conditions.

Rugged Cooling Performance

When tested against traditional 170 GSM cotton twill, Syzmik Rugged Cooling fabric was found to provide:

• 120% greater breathability
• 190% greater tear strength

Testing was conducted using BS EN 9237-1995 and AS 2001.2.10-1986 methods.
