Shipping within Australia

SunSafe Australia will endeavour to have your order packed and shipped within 3 business days, except for custom-made products such as Newcastle Hats. SunSafe Australia uses your mobile phone number and email address when creating your shipping consignment. This allows our carriers to send you emails and text messages to your mobile device regarding the status of your delivery. For orders within Australia, the default is set to “signature required.” You can change this once you start to receive email and text message notifications.

$10.00 Standard Delivery

Standard delivery, 3-12 business days, full tracking with signature on delivery. This is our default service and we ship from here in Western Australia. It can take longer than people expect to reach areas such as rural QLD, Tasmania and the top end. This is essentially road freight. Please consider this when placing your order, It’s Ideal for everyday purchases and when you’re not in a rush to receive your goods.

For some small products, there is a $3.00 delivery option at the checkout. These products state If this postage service is available, including quantity limitations.

$15.00 Express delivery

1-3 business days, full tracking with signature on delivery. This is a great upgrade from the road freight option above. It basically sees all of our parcels get on an aeroplane that night and head straight to your capital city. This can easily shave 3-5 business days off your order. Great for those urgent deliveries.

 

Shipping Worldwide

SunSafe Australia introduced a dynamic freight policy in 2024. For our international customers, freight pricing is calculated at the checkout and takes into consideration your location and total order weight. This pricing policy is capped at 500 grams, so If you place an order heaver than that, we’ll cover the rest.

NZ From $13.66 AUD

With our dynamic freight pricing, you’ll pay based on your location and total order weight (calculated at the checkout) capped at 500 grams. Pricing starts at $13.66 AUD, you will pay no more than $16.02 AUD for standard international shipping. Australia Post International Standard is a fairly quick service and can see you receive your order in less than 12 business days. This service is hosted by Australia Post and converts to NZ Post once the parcel has cleared customs. Australia Post advises a delivery time frame of “7-12 business days.” We also offer an express service for $22.55 AUD.


USA and Canada from $16.78 AUD

With our dynamic freight pricing, you’ll pay based on your location and total order weight (calculated at the checkout) capped at 500 grams. Pricing starts at $16.78 AUD, you will pay no more than $26.70 AUD for standard international shipping. Expect your order to take about 5-9 business days to arrive. We also offer an express service for $42.51 AUD which can shave a few days off the transit time.


UK from $21.00 AUD

With our dynamic freight pricing, you’ll pay based on your location and total order weight (calculated at the checkout) capped at 500 grams. Pricing starts at $21.00 AUD, you will pay no more than $31.30 AUD for standard international shipping. Expect your order to take about 5-9 business days to arrive. We also offer an express service for $46.99 AUD which can arrive to you faster once the parcel has cleared customs.


CANADA

International Standard delivery. This service ships with Australia Post and converts to Canada Post once the parcel has cleared customs. The tracking number we provide you with will work on both the Australia Post Website and the Canada Post Website. Once the parcel has cleared customs, you will be able to track your parcel within Canada. Our customers are responsible for taxes and duties payable in their country. These charges are additional to the amount paid for your order. Please check what local charges apply before placing your order.


UK

International Standard delivery. This service ships with Australia Post and converts to Royal Mail once the parcel has cleared customs. The tracking number we provide you with will work on both the Australia Post Website and the Royal Mail Website. Once the parcel has cleared customs, you will be able to track your parcel within the UK. Our customers are responsible for taxes and duties payable in their country. These charges are additional to the amount paid for your order. Please check what local charges apply before placing your order.


USA

International Standard delivery. This service ships with Australia Post and converts to USPS once the parcel has cleared customs. The tracking number we provide you with will work on both the Australia Post Website and the USPS Website (once it has cleared customs and the parcel has been received by USPS.) Our customers are responsible for taxes and duties payable in their country. These charges are additional to the amount paid for your order. Returns Policy & Information

SunSafe Australia offers a 60-day return policy. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

  • All items must be returned back to us in their original condition, unworn, unused and with all swing tags still attached. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. Postage costs vary depending on which service and company you choose.

  • SunSafe Australia does not offer exchanges, only returns and refunds. Once you have initiated your return, If you require an exchange, please take this opportunity to order your new replacement products now.

  • Returns that are not in resellable condition, are missing bags and tags, or clothing that is returned to us in a condition that requires cleaning, ironing, folding, rebagging and tagging will be charged a 10% restocking fee for each product or garment being returned.

  • Inside each parcel must be a return form. When you return an unwanted product, please fill out and include this form inside your returning package to avoid delays. Returns are processed within 3/5 days. Returns with no paperwork can not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

  • Customers must pay for return postage. All refunds exclude original shipping costs.

  • Return packaging can be upcycled if the box is still okay and can protect the product. If it is a satchel, we suggest you replace it or put the product in a box as you must return the product in good resellable condition.

  • Postage costs will not be refunded. In the event you have received a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item we will happily reimburse you for return delivery costs.

  • It is not necessary to contact our team regarding your return. Fill out your return form (with your name, order number, and the reason for return) and place it inside your return package.

  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear back in your nominated payment method (PayPal is instant, banks, credit cards and afterpay services can take much longer.)

MissED DELIVERIES

For orders within Australia, If you're not home to sign for a parcel, or there's no safe place for Australia Post to leave the item, they’ll take it to the nearest Post Office.

You'll have 10 business days to collect it before the item is returned to sender. When you collect a parcel from the Post Office, they’ll ask you to show ID proving that you're either:

  • the person it's addressed to (the 'addressee')

  • someone who's authorised to collect on the addressee's behalf

Orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to pickup a missed delivery from the post office will incur a redelivery fee of $8.95. If you choose to have your order refunded instead of resent, SunSafe Australia will not refund the initial freight charged (If any.)
